The short version: use this site fairly, treat our demo builds as examples and not promises, and know that any project we take on is covered by its own written agreement.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of monadova.com, run by Monadova Systems, based in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful or misleading,
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it,
- send spam or automated submissions through our forms,
- copy large parts of the site to pass off as your own.
3. Quotes and projects
Information on this site, including module descriptions, gives a general picture of what we build. A quote is an estimate and only becomes binding once we both sign a written agreement or proposal. Every project is covered by that agreement, which sets out scope, price, timelines, payment, ownership and support. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
4. Demo builds and examples
The demo builds, chat conversations, order tickets, dashboards and numbers shown on this site are examples made by us to show how our systems work. They are not real client results, and the names, prices and figures in them are made up for illustration.
5. No guaranteed results
Automation and AI can save time and grow sales, but results depend on each business, its tools, its team and its market. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific savings, revenue or results.
6. Copyright and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, code, animations, the Monadova name and the monadova logo on this site belong to Monadova Systems or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission, except for sharing links or short quotes that credit us.
Ownership of the work we build for clients is set out in each client agreement. Our standard approach is that clients own the accounts, workflows and documents we build for them.
7. Reviews you submit
If you send us a review, you confirm it is your honest opinion of real work we did together. You give us permission to show it on our website and social media, with your name, role and company if you added them. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
8. Other websites and services
Our site links to other platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and X, and uses third-party services to run forms and reviews. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. The site is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, secure or online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Monadova Systems is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore will deal with any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
